This site has no accounts, so there is nothing to sign in to and no profile sitting on a server. Looking through the skins and downloading one asks nothing of you.

The skin editor works entirely on your machine: the file you open is read locally and the file you save is written locally, and no copy of either is sent here or anywhere else.

Like any web server, this one keeps ordinary request logs, and it may show ads and traffic analytics that set their own cookies under their own policies. Clear your browser cookies and those go with them.
