Frosty Creature

Icy blue fur covers the body, with sharp white icicles forming a crown and flowing down the back. Small pink ears peek out from the sides of the head, and stubby brown horns are visible above them. The legs are thin and white, giving the impression of a creature adapted to extreme cold.
